FORM INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill in all parts of the form that are relevant to your situation.
- Any (*) MUST BE FILLED IN
- Send four clear photos of horse to accompany this registration
- each photo must include ears & hooves
- near side / off side / front / back
- direct shots - not three quarter or half turned to the side. (makes our job easier with regard to markings)
- Send any other relevant paperwork deemed necessary, to the WHR.
- Click submit and you will be redirected to a page where you will be given options for how to pay for your horses registration. Be sure to advise WHR via email of payment details to avoid confusion.
- FORMS THAT ARE NOT FILLED IN COMPLETELY WILL BE INVALID

Horses Name: Nominate 3 name choices for your horse in order of preference. No obscene or offensive words will be accepted. Include your prefix if applic.
